As we all know that Health is very precious . Any person with a good health can enjoy all happiness of the world , but a person having a bad health has to maintain their happiness . One going on a diet doesn’t mean can have a good health . For a person to maintain his/her health need not to do big things but by avoiding some unwanted things or activities can lead to having a good health , like for example : having a walk 1 kilometre a day instead of driving . Even doing cycling is a best option to decrease cholesterol and thereby making our bones and muscles more strong . Having fresh air and listening to pleasant music early in the morning can also make our mind fresh . Having sleep of at least 9 hours during night can also keep our day fresh and active . We should try all kinds of vegetables specially green leafy vegetables and fruits as it have a high amount of nutrients and vitamins thereby avoiding all types of Junk Food . We should also avoid things having plastic like for Example plastic bottles filled with water and mostly when it is been kept out in sun because when a Water bottle us kept in sun , then the inner layer of the bottle releases a chemical which gets mixed with the water in the bottle and by consuming that water can lead to cancer . Thus by taking some measures to have good health , big diseases can be avoidable . A person with a good health means free from free from all kinds of diseases and vice – versa. Therefore we can say that ” HEALTH IS WEALTH.
